“I cannot express how grateful I am to Julie for finding the love of my life, Dodger his next forever home. I have loved Dodger for 8 years and when my children became allergic to dogs, I sadly had to keep him apart from my family and off the furniture. Since Dodger is a beagle, that is no way for him to live and I wanted the best for him. Julie was able to find an amazing couple in Oregon who love Dodger as much as I do. I get daily updates from them about Dodger and although there is not a day that I do not miss him, knowing that he is in such a loving home has made it a little easier for me to be apart from him. For anyone who has to be in this unfortunate position like I was, I can not recommend Julie enough to re-home your love.”

“I am writing this testimonial because this organization has my total respect and gratitude. I have a rescue and Julie has come to my rescue on two occasions in the last week. Prior to this I did not know her and so the fact that she jumped right in to help in these situations without even knowing me is very humbling. First, I needed to get a little handicapped senior dog to a woman in San Diego that was having a double mastectomy. They needed each other to heal. This was so very important to me. We had to make it happen somehow. Redding to San Diego! With the help of Julie and other transport angels it happened! Julie drove hours to the new adopter’s home and the joy that this woman had when she got the little dog still brings me to tears. That’s number one. Number two. There was a dog sitting in Riverside that needed out ASAP. I was having a very hard time finding someone to get him out and to boarding and then on long distance transport. The clock was ticking! It had been a week. Julie to my rescue yet again! She picked up the dog and then we couldn’t find any boarding facilities that would take him close to where transport was going to pick up. Again, Julie did two things. She kept the dog with her and then she made the long distance transport happen! Because the dog was so large there was no room but Julie did it! She knows the transporter, went the night before, changed out crates and he got on transport! Now to say that Julie went above and beyond is an understatement! There are few angels out there like her and she will always have my utmost respect and gratitude! She is an amazing person! She made a woman that was in dire need of emotional support and a little senior dog that needed her happen! She saved a dog from euthanasia! Thank you Julie does not even begin to express my feelings! Safe travels!”

Julie Levine I’m serious..having helped our dogs a couple of times and know others you have helped also….you are truly not only a life saver for the dogs to get them to where they need to go, but a best friend to rescues that cannot find a way to get these pups to the help they need…and you do it on a moments notice and at such a more than reasonable cost to help out the rescues. Your attitude is so great, even with some pretty grumpy passengers (ie Chopper &Scruffy.. both who are doing great now at the ranch)..again, you are such a gem of a person

“Many thanks to Julie and Canine Rescue Connection for assistance this year.
I became unexpectedly responsible for a family member’s senior cat with special needs that I was could not care for.
I had little time to make a decision, and I did not have the heart to take him to an animal shelter. I remembered your social media posts about your work with transporting and pet rescue. Saw that you transported cats too!.
In a most difficult time, you were a blessing, supporting me through the vet care, adoption service and transportation process. I cannot thank you enough. You compassionate and competent support were beyond my expectation.
